Revision: Factorising quadratics

This type of activity is known as Practice. Please read the guidance notes here, where you will find useful information for running these types of activities with your students.

I wrote this as a revision exercise for my Year 11s a few weeks before their GCSEs. I gave them the prompt “facotrise, if possible”. I also had Desmos open and challenged my students to sketch each graph, which led to a nice discussion about the relationship between intercepts and those expressions that did not factorise.
